For an EU/Spanish Non Residential Bank Account Opening, you shall need a Guarantor and an Initial Account Opening Deposit of not less than €1,499.99 or thereabout as the bank may stipulate.

Non-Resident Regulated Mortgage

Mortgages are available to non-residents of Spain who wish to purchase properties in Spain for their personal use, that is, "Owner Occupied" residential property.

These are arranged on a one-to-one basis with your Relationship Manager to ensure that your individual requirements are considered from the outset. (Bankia España SA does not use mortgage intermediaries)

Loan to value: Up to 70% of the value of the property is typical.

Requirements: We offer repayment terms of up to 10 years renewable for another additional 10 years subject to bank approval.

Repayments are available at fixed 1, 3, 6 or 12 monthly periods. You may make partial repayments through the term with the final repayment at the end.

Loan Fees: There is a 1% arrangement fee. Other charges include legal, mortgage and valuation fees.
